How to apply for Laurea Magistrale (equivalent to a Master of Science)

To register for the Laurea Magistrale (equivalent to a Master of Science) in Mechanical Engineering, one must:

  • have a Laurea (equivalent to a Bachelor of Science) or another appropriate and recognised educational qualification (or be about to graduate, provided that the student has their degree by the deadline set for enrolment);
  • have certification attesting to knowledge of the English language at the level specified in the Guide to the English Language;
  • submit an application for admission during the period specified by the University.

Admission to the programme depends on a formal assessment of the application for admission submitted by the candidate. The professors in charge for the admission analyses the student's academic curriculum and other related information (work experience, internships, study abroad, extra-curricular activities). The selection is based on the assessment of the applicant's past career and the suitability of his or her personal preparation.
